great central location,trains,underground,trams,tour bus good staff, good breakfast everything for a great city experience

Location, free wi-fi, fridge in room, free public travel ticket.

Matress in room could be better. Rooms get un-comfortably hot in warm weather

Breakfast was really good and location was perfect for onward travel

Room was cramped and old style television took up a lot of it

We didn't get the automatic car parking discount at checkout, so we had tho pay 22 eur for 13 hours of parking. That's a ripoff. It would have taken too much time for us to walk back to the reception and ask for the discount coupon (we didn't have time to waste). We should have got it automatically, it should have been printed on our check-out receipt, and the reception attendant should have explained to us at checkout how to use it. Also the hotel web site should have mentioned the exorbitant parking costs. It has: ``public parking is available''. It should have: ``public parking is available, it costs about 22 EUR per night per car''.

Had a fantastic group trip! The location was perfect for visits to the Oktoberfest Beer Festival and sightseeing around the city. Breakfast offered a great variety, and the rooms were comfortable enough for our stay. Free public transport tickets made exploring easy!

We had a bit of a hassle during check-in. Our room wasn't ready at first, and there was a long wait when I needed help with the room key card. Staff shortages led to slow service.

Very clean, quiet n well located. The package offered was what we need 4 a short stay in Munich. The location was wonderful; access to transportation n to the old city. Staff very curtious n pleasant. We enjoy the wonderful food at Fleming's, we especially appreciated the beef n wine; included breakfast was great, clean n well stacked.

The location was superb for getting to and from the airport and around town. The hotel was quite comfortable and extremely quiet. The breakfast was very good with a nice variety of food items. We were very pleased with the hotel and will recommend it to anyone visiting Munich.

Great hotel with its free wi-fi, comfortable rooms, and 24-hour reception. I remember my first stay when the staff guided me to my destination. Honestly, I recommend it for a romantic escape.

Checking in and out was quick and smooth. Staff spoke English and indulged me when I used my broken German. Very good breakfast and attentive waiting staff. The room was quiet at night, the mini bar fridge contained mineral water and the windows opened to change the air in the room both necessary to counter act an efficient heating system. The hotel is very well positioned and very comfortable. There is minimal interference in coming and going from the hotel.

There was no bars of soap, only liquid soap, I rather like the ritual of washing with a tablet. I had no idea what the arrangement with the television was. I tried to ignore it even though it took up a dominant position in the room.

I enjoyed my stay with the free public transport tickets. The breakfast had a great variety, including fresh pastries and tropical fruits. My room was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect, just a short walk from key attractions. An excellent experience 😊

The stay here was really good, loved the hotel, it was exceptionally clean with comfortable location very close to the Fleming restaurant, train / underground, and the platform. The staff were very responsive and provided very good service.

The hotel was big size, with competent staff and top location to business centers. The breakfast was rich and good hot for vegetarians or muslims, fabulous food🙂👌😀

A reliable pick for a weekend excursion in Munich with great value. The location right outside the central station was perfect for sightseeing. Be sure to check the breakfast hours to avoid missing out.

I would have liked a comfortable chair for sitting and reading along with some better lighting.
